By using the website, placing an order, requesting a sample, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with White Pebble Wonders LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security or functionality, submit false information, use automated tools to scrape or abuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraud, harassment, infringement, or other unlawful conduct. If you place an order or submit a request on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Products and Natural Variation
White Pebble Wonders sells decorative natural stone products for landscaping, design, décor, garden, and similar decorative applications. Because the products are natural stone, variations in color, shade, tone, shape, size, texture, dusting, markings, finish, and appearance are normal and expected. Product photos, videos, samples, depictions, renderings, lifestyle imagery, and written descriptions are illustrative only and are not guarantees of exact uniformity or perfect batch matching. Where staged, digitally enhanced, or illustrative imagery is used, it is intended to help show design possibilities and not to change the actual characteristics of the physical product.
3. Decorative Use and Safety
Our products are intended for decorative applications unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your intended use, surface, environment, drainage conditions, safety needs, and local requirements. Pebbles and stones are not toys and may present choking, slipping, tripping, or other injury risks if misused, poorly stored, or improperly installed. Keep loose stones away from infants, small children, pets, drains, machinery, and areas where loose material may create a hazard. Use appropriate care, protective equipment, and professional assistance where needed.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Fraud Prevention
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, payment verification, shipping feasibility, and fraud review. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order, sample request, or promotional redemption for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, duplicate submissions, inventory shortages, payment issues, abuse of promotions, misuse of our website, or violation of these Terms. Prices, availability, promotions, product descriptions, and shipping charges may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund where required.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Any shipping or delivery time shown on the website is an estimate unless we clearly state otherwise. We currently ship within the contiguous United States unless we expressly state broader availability on a specific page or in a written agreement. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship within the stated timeframe. If no timeframe is clearly stated, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship within the time required by applicable law. Delivery timing may be affected by inventory, weather, carrier delays, address issues, remote delivery locations, labour disruptions, force-majeure events, and other factors outside our reasonable control. If we cannot ship within the time promised or otherwise required, we may provide an updated shipping date or other legally required notice and options.
6. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Damaged Items
Eligible unused standard products may be returned within 90 days of delivery if they are in original condition, clean, complete, uninstalled, and suitable for resale, subject to our return instructions and any separate return-request procedures we make available.
Unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges, special handling charges, and promotional discounts may be excluded from refunds to the extent permitted by law.
Certain items may be marked as final sale, non-refundable, or replacement-only, including custom orders, special-order items, bulk or wholesale orders, clearance items, opened or used products, installed products, contaminated products, and products that cannot reasonably be resold. Any such restriction will apply only if disclosed before purchase or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number, photographs, packaging images, and a description of the issue. We recommend reporting visible delivery issues within 7 calendar days so that carrier and fulfilment investigations can be handled promptly; however, that request does not limit any non-waivable legal rights.
Where a valid issue is confirmed, White Pebble Wonders may, subject to applicable law, offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, partial refund, store credit, or other reasonable resolution depending on the nature of the issue, product availability, shipping feasibility, and the circumstances of the order.
7. Promotions, Samples, Discount Codes, and Limited Offers
Any promotion, sample program, discount code, giveaway, or limited-time offer is subject to the specific terms presented with that offer, availability, applicable law, and our right to prevent abuse. Where an offer is described as a free sample or similar benefit, it is offered while supplies last and subject to eligibility criteria, shipping feasibility, geographic availability, and anti-fraud review.
